It was a good run, but Lakeland unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They and the Lake Gibson Braves finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Dreadnaughts' first draw of the season.

Sara Corrigan scored both of Lakeland's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.
With that draw, Lakeland's record moves to 5-3-1. As for Lake Gibson, they moved theirs to 5-5-1.
Coincidentally, both will both be playing McKeel Academy the next time they take the pitch. Lake Gibson will head out to face McKeel Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Lakeland will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on December 18th.
