NC GBB Academy National saw some tournament action on Saturday. They escaped with a win against the Catholic Crusaders by the margin of a single free throw, 57-56. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

NC GBB Academy National was led to victory by KJ Burke and Devin Sims. Burke posted 20 points, while Sims put up 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cam Barnes, who earned nine points.

NC GBB Academy National's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Catholic, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
