Recap: Arcadia Apaches vs. Troy Warriors

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Arcadia Apaches had no problem doing just that on Friday. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 62-61 victory over the Warriors. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Arcadia got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordan Dollar out in front who scored 22 points along with two steals. Mansour Sanneh was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with seven rebounds and five blocks.

Arcadia is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-9 record this season. As for Troy, their loss dropped their record down to 20-11.

Arcadia is on the road again on Tuesday and plays Serra at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th. Serra has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 319 points over their last five contests. Troy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
