A big congratulations to Oakley Stout, who grabbed at least five steals for the first time in her career. She posted eight points along with six boards and five steals, helping propel Medicine Valley past Sutherland by a score of 46-33. We marked that as the best effort she's had all season, even better than her performance on January 7th (when she scored eight points in addition to 11 rebounds and three steals) (Gamescore: 6.7 vs. 4.1).

Stout and Medicine Valley will face off against Southwest at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Medicine Valley will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 213 places lower in Nebraska), but they're not letting that get them down.
