Recap: New Dimensions vs. Four Corners Coyotes
Even though the Four Corners Coyotes scored an imposing 70 points on Monday, New Dimensions still came out on top. New Dimensions took their game against Four Corners 77-70. That's another feather in the cap for New Dimensions, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead New Dimensions to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jeriel Martinez, who scored 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Blake Ferrante, who scored 20 points.
Four Corners' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ian Parham, who scored 23 points. Another player making a difference was Joshua Barnes, who scored 18 points.
New Dimensions has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. As for Four Corners, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-10.
New Dimensions won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Freedom at 7:30 p.m. on January 23rd. As for Four Corners, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Hope Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 26th. Hope Academy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Four Corners in Florida (Hope Academy is ranked 304th, while Four Corners is ranked 637th).
