Rising Sun waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Fallston Cougars by a score of 4-1. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cougars, too.

The team relied heavily on Carsyn Godwin, who went 2-for-4 with one home run.

Rising Sun was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fallston only posted a batting average of .231.

Rising Sun's record now sits at 6-4. As for Fallston, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-4 record this season.
