Basketball Recap: Kent City Takes a Loss

Kent City was the 49-35 winner over Big Rapids when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Kent City Eagles lost to the Big Rapids Cardinals on the road by a 59-44 margin on Tuesday.

Kent City's loss dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Big Rapids, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-2.

Looking ahead, Kent City will head out on the road to take on Morley Stanwood at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Big Rapids, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cardinals duke it out with the Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
