Football Recap: Texhoma/Goodwell Drops Season-High Score on Mooreland

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Texhoma/Goodwell). They blew past the Mooreland Bearcats 40-14 on Friday. Considering Texhoma/Goodwell has won three contests by more than 25 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Texhoma/Goodwell and bumps their season record up to 3-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.0 points over those games. As for Mooreland, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
