Bishop England was the 2-1 winner over Beaufort when they last played one another last Wednesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Battling Bishops took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles on Friday. The Battling Bishops' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Bishop England got a good showing from Sammy Garton, who pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Garton has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.
