Softball Recap: Sequim Comes Up Short

Sequim lost to Port Angeles back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wolves lost 21-1 to the Roughriders. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sequim's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Port Angeles, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Port Angeles is taking a road trip to take on South Kitsap at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Roughriders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wolves have averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season. Sequim will be paying especially close attention to Port Angeles' matchup: after Port Angeles faces off against South Kitsap, they'll take on Sequim again at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
