Palo Verde came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 13-0 to Empire. The Titans have struggled against the Ravens recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Globe's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of Coolidge by a score of 6-5.

Globe saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaeger Franco, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Palo Verde's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Globe, their loss dropped their record down to 8-10.
