Ashland won the last time they faced Penobscot Christian and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Hornets won by a goal and slipped past Penobscot Christian 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for Ashland.

Ashland now has a winning record of 4-3-1. As for Penobscot Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.

Coincidentally, Ashland and Penobscot Christian will both be playing Van Buren the next time they take the pitch. The Hornets will head out to face the Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Penobscot Christian will host them at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
