Ziel Young Game Report: vs Virgin Valley

Passers beware: Ziel Young came down with her first-ever interception on Friday and she's no doubt on the hunt for more. She also made two total tackles and defended two passes, but sadly Mater Academy East Las Vegas still had to take a 30-0 loss at the hands of Virgin Valley. We hope Young's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Mater Academy East Las Vegas' homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Democracy Prep Agassi Campus at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last time Young duked it out with Democracy Prep Agassi Campus (back in December of 2024), Mater Academy East Las Vegas came out on top by a score of 45-0.
