Soccer Game Preview: Norman North vs. Eisenhower

The Norman North Timberwolves will head out to face off against the Eisenhower Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Norman North will be strutting in after a victory while Eisenhower will be coming in after a defeat.

While Norman North's win against Yukon wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Timberwolves beat the Millers by a goal, winning 2-1. The victory continues a trend for Norman North in their matchups with Yukon: they've now won seven in a row.

Meanwhile, Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of Choctaw.

Eisenhower's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Norman North, the win got them back to even at 6-6-2.

Everything went Norman North's way against Eisenhower in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, as Norman North made off with a 16-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Timberwolves since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
