West Carter entered their tilt with Morgan County on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over the Cougars. The Comets not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 11th (when they won 15-0).

West Carter's win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Morgan County, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-22.

Coming up, West Carter will square off against Cross Lanes Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Comets' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 10 runs per game this season. As for Morgan County, they are taking a road trip to take on Owsley County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Cougars are facing the Owls / Lady Owls at the right time seeing as the Owls / Lady Owls are stuck on a 15-game losing streak.
