Soccer Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short

After flying high against Prairie on Wednesday, Mountain View came back down to earth. The Thunder fell just short of the Union Titans by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for Mountain View in their meetings with Union: they've now lost seven in a row.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Union, they pushed their record up to 7-3-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Mountain View wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 0-0 draw against Heritage on the 23rd. As for Union, they have also already played their next game, a 4-1 victory against Battle Ground on the 23rd.
