 In what's become a running theme this season, Triton gave their fans yet another huge  win on Friday. They blew past the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls 17-2. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Triton considering their two-run performance the  matchup before.
  Grace Arnold spent all four innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two earned runs on four hits and racked up six Ks.
 On the hitting side, Triton let  Berkley Campbell and  Abby Miller loose on the outfield. Campbell  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3, while  Miller  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and a  triple. Another player making a difference was  Shelby Mclamb, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.
 On E.E. Smith's side,  Taliyah Evans and  Maya Florido stepped up to the plate in a big way.  Evans  went 1-for-2 with two  RBI and a  double, while  Florido  scored a  run while going 1-for-2.
 Triton's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for E.E. Smith, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with that  loss, which was their sixth straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Triton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  match,  a  9-7  defeat vs. Midway on the 18th. As for E.E. Smith, they will look to defend their home field  on Tuesday against Overhills at 4:30  p.m.
