Softball Game Preview: Huckabay Indians vs. Strawn Greyhounds

The Huckabay Indians will face off against the Strawn Greyhounds at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Huckabay is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 12 runs on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Santo on Friday. They lost 8-1 to the Wildcats.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Strawn). Everything went their way against Ranger on Friday as they made off with a 24-6 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Greyhounds needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Huckabay's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Strawn, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

Huckabay took their victory against Strawn in their previous matchup on Tuesday by a conclusive 12-0 score. Do the Indians have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Greyhounds turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
