Adams is 6-1 against Molina since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Cougars will face off against the Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Adams and ten for Molina dating back to last season.

Adams will face Molina after dropping another heartbreaker against Sunset on Friday, which marked the second time in a row the team's come within three of beating them. The Cougars took a 44-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bison. On the bright side, the 37- point performance marked the Cougars' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Despite their loss, Adams saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Greg Nash Jr, who picked up 114 receiving yards and a pair of TDs, and also rushed for 32 yards and one touchdown, was perhaps the best of all. Nash Jr didn't just play on offense: he also forced one fumble and made seven total tackles. Joseph 'Jp Marsh was another key signal caller, throwing for 335 yards and two touchdowns.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Molina duked it out with Turner on Friday. The Jaguars fell just short of the Lions by a score of 15-12. While the Jaguars didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Lions 7-3 in the first quarter.

Molina's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Adams, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.

Adams didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Molina in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with a 41-35 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
