Preview: Maimonides M-Cats vs. Cristo Rey
Maimonides has played every game this season on their home court, but they'll have to hit the road on Wednesday. They will square off against Cristo Rey at 6:00 p.m. Given that both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Meanwhile, Cristo Rey's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Monday after their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a rough 69-15 loss at the hands of Maimonides. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Cristo Rey in their matchups with Maimonides: they've now lost eight in a row.
Maimonides' defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-1. As for Cristo Rey, their loss was their third straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-1.
Everything came up roses for Maimonides against Cristo Rey in their previous meeting last Monday as the squad secured a 69-15 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Maimonides since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
