Soccer Recap: Fallbrook Takes a Loss

Fallbrook fell victim to Sonora and their airtight defense on Monday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sonora Raiders. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 435th, while the Raiders are ranked 206th).

Fallbrook now has a losing record at 2-3-2. As for Sonora, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2-2 record this season.

Fallbrook didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 0-0 draw against Sage Creek on the 6th. Sonora has also already played their next game, a 2-2 draw against La Habra on the 6th.
