Union Academy won the last time they faced Albemarle and things went their way on Monday too. Union Academy put the hurt on Albemarle with a sharp 9-0 victory. Union Academy might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by four goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Albemarle from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Hadassa Garcia led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by herself.

The win was the third in a row for Union Academy, bringing their record up to 7-3-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Albemarle, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
