Soccer Game Preview: Keystone Heights vs. Eastside

The Keystone Heights Indians will face off against the Eastside Rams at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, Keystone Heights and Clay finished up their contest with a 3-3 draw. The Indians had to tread lightly for part of the match as four Keystone Heights players were handed yellow cards, which could explain the final result.

Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Eastside had no problem doing just that on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Rams a 4-0 shutout. Eastside might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by three goals or more this season.

Jonas Traktuev and Gene Duffy-Massey scored all four of Eastside's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 29 goals.

Keystone Heights' draw makes their record 11-5-3 this season. As for Eastside, their victory bumped their record up to 8-6-5.
