St. James Academy is a perfect 4-0 against Hayden since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Thunder will welcome the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. St. James Academy is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

St. James Academy is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Kansas' top teams: Bishop Miege, who was ranked 18th at the time (St. James Academy was ranked second). The Thunder never let the Stags get on the board and left with a 2-0 win on Tuesday. That's two games straight that St. James Academy have won by exactly two goals.

Kambree Duker and Alexa Aylward scored both of St. James Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Hayden, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over Junction City/St. Xavier on Monday. Hayden haven't had any issues with Junction City/St. Xavier recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

St. James Academy's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-0. As for Hayden, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Everything went St. James Academy's way against Hayden when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as St. James Academy made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Thunder repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
