Basketball Recap: Indian Trail Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Indian Trail won the last time they faced Racine Horlick, and Silas Bolton did his part to make sure it happened again. The Indian Trail Hawks snuck past the Racine Horlick Rebels with a 56-52 win on Friday thanks in part to Bolton, who went 9 of 15 on his way to 24 points along with seven steals and six boards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Euphrates Willis, who posted seven points and 12 rebounds. He has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times he's played.

Indian Trail's victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-8. As for Racine Horlick, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Indian Trail will take on Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Racine Horlick, they will face off against Janesville Parker at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
