Football Recap: Bonneville Piles Up the Points Against Idaho Falls

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hillcrest, Bonneville was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed past the Idaho Falls Tigers to the tune of 47-13. The win continues a trend for the Bees in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

Aden Mora produced another solid effort rushing for 230 yards and three TDs while picking up 11.0 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 129.8 rushing yards per game.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Bonneville was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 439 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Despite the defeat, Idaho Falls saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Kenyon Spencer picked up 35 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 46 yards.

Bonneville's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Idaho Falls, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
