Snow Hill is 0-10 against Colonel Richardson since September of 2017 but things could change on Friday. The Eagles will head out to face off against the Colonels at 6:00 p.m.
Snow Hill is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Decatur on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Eagles took a blow against the Seahawks, falling 50-14. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-8.
Despite their defeat, Snow Hill saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Jaydon Boulware, who rushed for 101 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries, was perhaps the best of all. Mekhi Waters also helped out as he racked up 112 rushing yards.
Meanwhile, Colonel Richardson waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 38-28.
This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Jazir Dickerson and Derrick Mitchell. Dickerson gained 203 total yards while Mitchell gained 187 total yards. What's more, Mitchell posted two rushing touchdowns, the most he's had since back in October of 2024.
Colonel Richardson was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 312 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Colonel Richardson now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Snow Hill, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 3-2.
Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Snow Hill has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 310.2 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Colonel Richardson struggles in that department as they've been averaging 247.8 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Snow Hill was dealt a bruising 51-6 defeat at the hands of Colonel Richardson in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
