Columbia County Christian had won 13 straight games and Pierce Cughan did his part to make it 14 on Tuesday. Columbia County Christian blew past the Belleville Mennonite Thunder 59-38 thanks in part to Cughan, who went 11 of 22 en route to 30 points in addition to seven assists and four steals. His evening made it 16 games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points.

Another player making a difference was Owen Lenker, who dropped a double-double with ten points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in boards.

Columbia County Christian pushed their record up to 22-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points over those games. As for Belleville Mennonite, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.

Looking ahead, Columbia County Christian will head out to square off against Faith Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Columbia County Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 14 matchups. Belleville Mennonite does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
