Football Game Preview: Bridger Scouts vs. West Yellowstone Wolverines + How To Watch

The Bridger Scouts will head out to face off against the West Yellowstone Wolverines at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Bridger has given up an average of 52.6 points per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bridger managed to slip by White Sulphur Springs the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Scouts were outmatched by the Hornets and fell 52-0. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Scouts were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, West Yellowstone got their first taste of in-conference action on Friday and they started things off strong. They came out on top against Reed Point/Rapelje by a score of 39-32.

West Yellowstone's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Bridger, their defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Everything came up roses for Bridger against West Yellowstone when the teams last played back in September of 2021, as the team secured a 45-6 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Scouts since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
