Baseball Game Preview: Olmsted Falls Bulldogs vs. Steele Comets

For the second straight game, Olmsted Falls will face off against Steele. The Bulldogs will head out on the road to challenge the Comets at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Olmsted Falls has given up an average of 8.2 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Olmsted Falls came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Steele, falling 14-3.

Olmsted Falls saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Drew Peltz, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double. That double was Peltz's first of the season.

The win (which was Steele's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 10.0 runs this season. As for Olmsted Falls, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
