Port St. Joe is 10-0 against Wewahitchka since November of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks will head out to take on the Wewahitchka Gators at 5:00 p.m. Port St. Joe will be strutting in after a win while Wewahitchka will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Port St. Joe turned things around against Sneads on Friday. They took down the Pirates 51-36.

Port St. Joe's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Addy Silcox, who posted 14 points and five steals. Jayla Hill was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and ten steals.

Meanwhile, Wewahitchka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 60-17 loss at the hands of Blountstown. The game marked the Gators' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Wewahitchka's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Port St. Joe, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9.

Port St. Joe took their victory against Wewahitchka in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 47-24. The rematch might be a little tougher for Port St. Joe since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
