Recap: Glenburn Panther vs. St. John Woodchucks
The Glenburn Panther's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a serious blow against St. John, falling 68-37.
Cashmyn Belgarde had a dynamite game for St. John, dropping a double-double on 30 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Belgarde has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Madden Parisien, who scored eight points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Glenburn's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for St. John, their victory bumped their record up to 1-2.
Glenburn will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Turtle Lake-Mercer at 7:30 p.m. on December 28th. St. John will be home for the holidays to greet Harvey at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
