Volleyball Recap: Madera Comes Up Short

Madera lost against Arroyo Grande back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Madera fell just short of Arroyo Grande by a score of 2-1.

Madera's loss dropped their record down to 18-16. As for Arroyo Grande, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Madera will head out to face off against Sanger at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sanger will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Madera surely won't give up without a fight. We've got a battle between Eagles coming up.
