Softball Recap: Springport's Undefeated Season over After Ten Games

Springport has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 2.4 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Friday. They came up short against the Eaton Rapids Greyhounds, falling 14-3. The contest marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Springport fell to 9-1. As for Eaton Rapids, they pushed their record up to 14-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.
