Dixon is 9-1 against White Oak since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Dixon didn't have quite enough to beat Swansboro and fell 2-1. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dixon saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryson Ponsock, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Meanwhile, White Oak came up short against West Carteret on Tuesday and fell 6-3.

White Oak's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Dixon, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.

Dixon took their win against White Oak in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 12-2 score. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vikings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
