Basketball Recap: Granger Takes a Loss

Granger was the 64-24 winner over River View when they last played one another back in December of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Granger Spartans took a 38-25 hit to the loss column at the hands of the River View Panthers on Saturday. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Granger's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for River View, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Granger will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Riverside Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. River View will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
