Football Recap: Bartlett Yancey Takes a Loss

Bartlett Yancey had lost three straight at home, but on Friday they dropped down to 1-7 to make it four. They were outmatched by the Reidsville Rams and fell 57-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Buccaneers were not able to get on the board.

As for Reidsville, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

The critical scores for Reidsville came from Jayden Slade, Kendre Harrison, O'Darin Carter, Cristian Yamaguchi, Damarien Whitted, and Dionte Neal.

Coincidentally, Bartlett Yancey and Reidsville will both be playing McMichael the next time they take the field. The Buccaneers will head out to face the Phoenix at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Rams will host them at 6:30 p.m. on the 31st.
