Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Guernsey-Sunrise). They blew past the Banner County Wildcats 50-26 on Tuesday. Given the Vikings' advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 59th in Wyoming, while the Wildcats are ranked 283rd in Nebraska), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

With the win, Guernsey-Sunrise broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-6. As for Banner County, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Guernsey-Sunrise has already played their next game (against Crawford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Banner County will host South Platte at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
