Football Recap: South Lenoir Takes a Loss

The South Lenoir Blue Devils came up short against the Heide Trask Titans on Friday, falling 30-6. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tyreek Moore continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Heide Trask, rushing for 162 yards and a pair of scores. Moore has become a key player for the Titans: the team is undefeated when he posts at least 100 rushing yards, but 0-3 otherwise.

South Lenoir's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Heide Trask, the victory also got them back to even at 3-3.

South Lenoir wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 42-14 defeat against Clinton on the 10th. As for Heide Trask, they have also already played their next game, a 38-6 loss against East Duplin on the 10th.
