Basketball Recap: Holmes Huskies vs. Brennan Bears
Holmes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat. They took a blow against the Brennan Bears, falling 109-20. The game marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.
Jaylen Conrad was Holmes' leading scorer, having posted nine points. Joseph Ramon held things down on the boards with seven rebounds.
Kingston Flemings continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Brennan, going 13 of 17 en route to 31 points along with seven assists and seven boards. As for Brennan, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Stevens at 8:00 p.m. Brennan knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 28 contests -- so hopefully Stevens likes a good challenge.
