Bedford won the last time they faced Everett and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bisons narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Warriors 6-5. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since May 17, 2019, but that streak is no more.

Bedford saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ty Decker, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs. Decker is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

Bedford's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-4. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Everett, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-7 record.
