Soccer Recap: Bakersfield Triumphs

While Bakersfield didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-15-1), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They won by a goal and slipped past the Mammoth Huskies 3-2.

Bakersfield's victory bumped their record up to 6-2-1. As for Mammoth, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Bakersfield wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Righetti on the 13th. Mammoth will take on Bishop Union in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
