Softball Recap: Naselle Has No Trouble Against Lake Quinault

Naselle won the last time they faced Lake Quinault and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Comets blew past the Elks 24-9. That's two games straight that the Comets have won by exactly 15 runs.

Naselle's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-4. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 19.0 runs over those games. As for Lake Quinault, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Naselle will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Elks: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
