Bath had lost three straight headed into Wednesday's contest, but Faith Hughes didn't let it get to four. The Fighting Bees put the hurt on the Potterville Vikings with a sharp 3-0 victory on Wednesday thanks in part to Hughes, who had 19 digs and two aces. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18, 25-8.

Bath's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Potterville, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7-2.

Bath has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Leslie on the 20th. As for Potterville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Central on the 22nd.
