Volleyball Recap: Eastern Alamance Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Eastern Alamance lost against Western Alamance back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Warriors.

Eastern Alamance was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-23, 25-18.

Brylea Warren paced Eastern Alamance's offense, picking up ten kills. Warren got some help from Hannah Batista and her 16 assists. Finally, Warren was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Eastern Alamance now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Western Alamance, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2.

Eastern Alamance has already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Clover Garden School on the 8th. As for Western Alamance, they will be playing at home against Cummings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
