Basketball Game Preview: Lake City Trojans vs. Roscommon Bucks

The Lake City Trojans will head out to take on the Roscommon Bucks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake City has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since January 23.

Last Tuesday, Lake City lost to Grayling on the road by a 53-35 margin.

Meanwhile, Roscommon played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against McBain, falling 76-44. While losing is never fun, the Bucks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 533rd, while the Ramblers are ranked 82nd).

Lake City's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Roscommon, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

Lake City strolled past Roscommon in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 59-40. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lake City since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
