Basketball Recap: White County Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

White County lost against Pickens back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The White County Warriors took a 54-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pickens Dragons.

White County's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-6. As for Pickens, their win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 20-2.

White County and Pickens should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. White County will square off against Greater Atlanta Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 85 places (47 vs. 132). Similarly, Pickens (ranked 27th) will meet Johnson (ranked 492nd) at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
