Basketball Recap: Kingfisher's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Tuesday

Kingfisher won the last time they faced Blanchard and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Kingfisher Yellowjackets took down the Blanchard Lions 57-38. Given the Yellowjackets' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 26th, while the Lions are ranked 138th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kingfisher is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.2 points per game.
