Basketball Game Preview: Leadership Prep Lions vs. Trinity Christian Trojans

The Leadership Prep Lions will venture away from home to take on the Trinity Christian Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Leadership Prep has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Leadership Prep took a loss when they played away from home on January 4th, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on January 8th. They claimed a resounding 65-35 win over International Leadership of Texas Garland. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 26 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Trinity Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 71-53 to Liberty Christian.

Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 16-12. As for Leadership Prep, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 10-9.

Leadership Prep came up short against Trinity Christian in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 59-46. Can Leadership Prep avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
