It's a new week and we've got a new workout with
Katerina Kountouris. MaxPreps has teamed up with the certified physical trainer to provide at-home workouts to keep young and old alike in shape while we shelter-in-place during the coronavirus outbreak.
Today's workout is a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) session using resistance bands. It features six exercises with five rounds. Follow the video above for a demonstration.
